Important Information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Our warehouse and dispatch services continue to remain open as usual and the business is fully operational.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email, with a tracking reference for your order.
Royal Mail & ParcelForce
Both Royal Mail and ParcelForce continue to offer a normal service, however in some cases, delivery of your item may be slightly delayed due to an increase in demand and staff self-isolating at short notice.
Contact-Free Delivery
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, our couriers are minimising contact during delivery.
They will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures when required, but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door.
Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
We offer Fast delivery within UK Mainland!
We offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £245.00 ex VAT (£294.00 inc VAT) and lots of items below this amount, too! For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, we charge £4.95 ex VAT (£5.94 inc VAT) for delivery.
We use Royal Mail 24 and ParcelForce 24 services for items shipped from our main warehouse to UK mainland, with the best service available for the size, weight and value of your order.
Some products are dispatched directly by our suppliers and these may use different courier services.
Delivery prices (unless specified) are for UK Mainland only. Furniture and large item orders are for delivery only to a ground floor front entrance.
Our Royal Mail services deliver Monday-Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Our other courier services deliver Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays). During Christmas and other busy periods, delivery hours may be extended by our couriers.
Your order may require a signature upon delivery. If you specifically require a proof of delivery service, please inform us of this before placing your order as this may incur additional costs.

UK Mainland Exclusions
Please note that our couriers do not include Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly as part of UK Mainland, so please contact us for a quote for delivery to these areas.
Please Note: We cannot deliver to BFPO Addresses, PO Boxes or the Channel Islands (inc Jersey & Guernsey) - or anywhere outside of Europe.
