Summer Shutdown 2022

We close on Friday 19th August for our annual Summer Shutdown.  We reopen on Tuesday 30th August.

All enquiries and orders received during our Summer Shutdown will be processed and dispatched on our return.

When will my order be dispatched?

All dispatched orders will receive an email to confirm their parcel details before 4pm on Friday 19th August.  All orders after this will be processed and dispatched according to normal timescales on our return on Tuesday 30th August.  If your entire order is in stock, it should dispatch on this date.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will send an email when your order has been dispatched, to the same email address used to confirm your order.

If you did not receive our automated order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your spam/junk message folder before contacting us.

How long will delivery take?

We use Royal Mail 24 and ParcelForce 24 as our standard delivery services, depending on the size, weight and value of your order.

Both services aim to deliver Next-Working day within Mainland UK, however this is not guaranteed.

  • ParcelForce aim to deliver to most locations Next-Working Day (Monday-Friday).
  • Royal Mail aim to deliver to most locations Next-Working Day and may also deliver on Saturdays.

Please note that furniture, trolleys and larger or special delivery items may dispatch via an alternate courier and may operate via a slower service.

I have not yet received my delivery

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all of our couriers have removed all service guarantees - however they continue to deliver as quickly as possible on a best-endeavour basis.

Please check your dispatch email to see if the courier has any status updates regarding your delivery, or were unable to deliver for any reason.

If for any reason our couriers were unable to deliver your order, it may be waiting for you at your local Post Office. Please check the tracking details on your dispatch email for further details.

My order has arrived damaged, incomplete or an item is faulty on arrival

Timescales listed under our Returns Policy for these circumstances will be extended to take into account our Summer Shutdown.

My item is faulty or not working as expected

If your item has been working and only recently developed a fault, please contact the manufacturer directly as they may be able to offer a faster resolution over this period.

I wish to return an unwanted item

Timescales listed under our Returns Policy for returning items over this period will be extended to take into account our Summer Shutdown.
