As part of our ongoing Policy review, and due to considerable interest - we are now pleased to offer sales to Private Individuals (Prior to this, we only sold direct to Education, Government and Business customers).

Not all products are suitable for sale to the general public - some are sold as offers specific to education (or other) bodies, that we are just not allowed to sell to other third parties.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed will be reviewed and in rare instances we may have to cancel your order. Google may also advise us to reject your order on security grounds; if this is the case, we are unable to give you any more information regarding this (you will need to contact Google directly).

If for any reason we do have to cancel your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

Please note, no orders are accepted by Primary ICT until fully confirmed (even if payment has been fully charged from your payment card). If this is the case and your order is cancelled, any funds already paid to us will be returned to you in full.

Delivery Timings

All orders are undertaken in good faith regarding delivery time-frames; however we cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of your goods. Delivery times stated on our website are given as an indication, but are not guaranteed; They are updated regularly, but are not based on live stock availability data. Distance Selling Regulations

We aim to comply fully with the Distance Selling Regulations, and prompt you to read through our Returns Policy page for more information regarding this. Any pricing information shown on the website is Exclusive of VAT, unless indicated otherwise. Full VAT information is available on the detailed product pages and the checkout/basket screen.
